Walked for 30 minutes at a 3.0 speed for 1.45 miles
My ankle was swollen and hurt. So I decided to not do my normal workout. Instead I took my daughter to play at the park. I had so much fun with her. She’s so funny.
These pictures were taken 4/30/13 (Tuesday). I weigh 361lbs in this picture. I haven’t decided if I want to do a weekly or a monthly progress photo. More then likely a monthly one.
I hope I can be of help with this blog. I know what its like to be BIG… It sucks, lol! Keep on track don’t ever allow yourself to give up on you. It doesn’t matter if you fall every now & again. The important thing is to get right back up. We can do this!

My feet & calves are killing me. I need to find my Nike’s but haven’t been able to find them. :( I’m hoping I can find them soon. If not I’ll have to go buy some temporary shoes till I can afford a decent pair of workout shoes. Or get insoles… Idk either way in starting back up tomorrow morning regardless

E: got a mile & a half done in 28:36. So much better then yesterday. I’m feeling great! I can feel myself getting stronger. As weird as it may sound… My sweet isn’t salty anymore. When I’m working out and it rolls into my mouth… It taste sweet and clean. I know that’s weird. It’s just something I’ve noticed.
